TECHNICAL SPECIFICITY OF STIRRUP MACHINES:

The Stirrup Machines have the following technical specificity:

- MACHINE BODY in welded carpentry which made of high quality steel for highest standard of the outer shell of the machine.
- REDUCTION GEARBOX : Cemented steel gears, steel pinions and mechanical parts in special steels, constantly operate in oil bath in a sturdy reduction gear casing.
- GEARINGS/PINIONS : Such components are made of special steel and with thermical cemented treatment in order to increase the duration and the mechanical resistance. Besides, in the first reduction the teething is made by helical teeth in order to increase the duration of the tooth and decrease the noise.
- BENDING CAPACITY : Diameters are specified according to material hardness (R) and the number of rod irons which can be processed simultaneously.
- ENGINE : Self-braking motor strictly made in Italy and designed to optimize and enhance the working capacity of each machine, such as the electrical components, of the best available brands. International Standard Voltage and Hz Electric Motor models available upon request.

ST16 EURO :  is available in single phase or three phase version.
PS16 A/C : has an electrical panel control with computerized preselection, thanks to which it’s possible to program in very easy and rapid way up to 20 bending angles, that will be executed in sequence.

Each detail used for the preparation of our rebar processing units is carefully tested during the mounting process, and the finished product is subjected to rigorous quality control before the shipment.
